There is a very high institutional ownership. Speculate they are helping jam it into the buying feeding frenzy on the NAZ.

What has gotten me excited and I think it's a delayed reaction is the ability for most people to arrange payments other than with Money Orders. I know it has been a drag on how many items I buy because it's a process I hate to go through. My bank (morter) is about 15 minutes away by car and I have to drive down there get the check. Send it, then wonder if they got it in the mail.. One time my check actually got lost in the mail. Then wait while the other guy steps out of town for some days before he decides to send the package. 3 weeks later I'm getting something I wanted in 4 or 5 days after closing. To make this process easier is going to dramatically change the transaction rate on Ebay and spill over to earnings. One other thing I would say is the foreign Ebay's they are setting up. I went to the German site and was floored how much it reminded me of Ebay when the first got started, these new foreign sites are starting out with a bang. When Japan hits look out because they are traders galore and they love brands. Bottom line is in this stock market where most tech stocks have gone up already to the roof, Ebay almost looks like a good value. Ebay has gone through it's healthy consolidation in the last year and I think is ready to move to the next level. We didn't get the breakout yesterday but it looks like it should happen going into earnings.
