No offense intended, but your reference to the 'New born Bull Market in 1999' is not only flawed, but full of sh*t.

If you want to play this mania on the long side, go for it, but claiming this is a bull market because some grossly overvalued tech stocks have gone parabolic recently for no valid reason is just plain wrong.
