SONE Fits Several Major Themes For This Year,

and that's why I like it. On a more general level,
with banking/financial reform enacted last year,
and the fact that financial institutions were
primarily concerned with Y2K compliance - those
factors (being over) should form some solid
underpinnings this year for demand for the types
of services S1 can provide. I think S1 is in the
right place at the right time and that that should
become more apparent as the year progresses. The
important thing here will be to try to understand
the fundamentals driving this company's business.
If we get that right (and I think we do!),the
stock price will certainly take care of itself.

Good luck. Peter.
