BONZ-Who knows maybe the dogs do get the left-over bones...
:-)--- my sister, da nurse, uses Interpore products in hip and knee stuff she helps with...I'll ask her.

BONZ has an interesting bioT product-AGF to promote bone formation....not DNA stuff but good science.

(from their web site)
Our synthetic bone and tissue products are derived from marine coral using a manufacturing process that converts the unique skeletal structures of the coral into biocompatible bone graft substitute materials. The company's core bone graft product family, Pro Osteon, is used for the repair of certain orthopaedic defects. The interconnected porous structure provides a scaffold for new bone ingrowth.

Interpore Cross has recently introduced products which may be used to concentrate the patient's own platelet rich plasma during a surgical procedure. Using these products, plasma water is removed from this plasma fraction and the resultant concentrate is mixed with thrombin to create Autologous Growth Factors„ (AGF„), a platelet and fibrinogen rich extract which contains growth factors that can enhance formation of new bone cells at a bone graft site. AGF is thus used to induce the initiation of the healing process at the surgical site. AGF also is used as a gel or binding agent to hold the bone graft material together at the graft site.

The spine implant product offering from Interpore Cross features the fast-growing SYNERGY„ Spinal System. This system is a universal implant system that allows surgeons to treat both the thoracic (middle) and lumbar (lower) portions of the spine, in adults and juveniles. The SYNERGY Spinal System is applicable to approximately 70% of all instrumented spinal fusion surgeries in the United States.
