If that is the case, I see this as a good thing. Shells looking to do a reverse merger will have to start reporting, that would be nice!

From the way I read it they are because all the SEC will do is halt the stock til the reverse merger is approved. VAncover did this about 10 years ago I believe.

Never know but I think buying an empty shell for a reverse merger just got ripped in the backside.

I could be wrong and interpretations will vary ... I doubt a fully reporting shell matters since they are out to shut down the reverse mergers.

I am checking into it. I would like to know if a fully reporting trading shell is exempt from this.
