I have noticed the share price creeping up along with trading volume (both are still low). Is anything happening? Are wells being drilled?

Archi, Re: PANA, I assume you're talking about the lawsuit they're in about a leaky oil pipeline that they bought from National Energy Group (NEGX). Unless something has turned negative on that since the last 10Q has been filed, I am not particularly troubled by that lawsuit. And neither was the PANA director that bought 350,000 shares of PANA in December! Note that NEGX (which had indemnified PANA for any loss) was either bankrupt or obviously on the way to becoming so, in December. Do you know anything about it other than what is in the SEC filings?
