Manny - you must have the intelligence of a pimply faced teenager to be operating the way you do. I've never seen anything like this before.....a company employee/officer or director taking the stance you do on a public chat board.

Your lawyers have not advised you on the consequences?

Manny....Is the stock a bargain here? How about commenting on the price of the stock. We need to know where it's going.

Manny, you are a disgrace to the human race. Admit your lies and ask for forgiveness. It is your only hope for mercy.

Manny, if anyone had the choice between paying off credit cards, and buying a BBStock, they get what they deserve. However for someone like you that should know better, to encoursge these people is likely criminal(due to your company involvement) and is as unethical a thing as i've seen in a while. I'd say may God have mercy on you, but he won't unless you change.

Hi Manny,

Hate to say this too you, but BUTT OUT. This is not a company fight, it is a shareholders fight. We need to ride ourselves of these maggot once and for all. Let the next group of shorters that come in here that they better be honest and not crooks. Keep the company comments and you out of this. We will expose them and then on Monday we will give you their names. You then can make a public message and send it out world wide saying that the crooks tried to manipulate the stock.;-)))

SO TAKE A HIKE. YOUR NOT WANTED HERE AT THIS TIME or ANY OTHER COMPANY OFFICIAL.

We will deal with these folks.

Catcha on the upside,

Ron

***THIS IS A CHALLENGE TO MANNY VAVOLIZZA***

This weekend I challenge you (as ECNC's "Informaton Officer"), to refute each of my claims ONE BY ONE. This will give you the opportunity to exlain you side of the story - and prove to the shareholders of ECNC that what I have said is wrong...

1. TOPIC - I ACCUSE ECNC OF BEING IN BLEAK, DESPERATE FINANCIAL CONDITION

Here's my evidence....

eConnect's 10Q filing for the company's September 30, 1999 quarter shows current assets of $44,664 and current liabilities of $1,062,446. The filing also reports only $40,000 of revenue for the entire quarter.

Based on ECNC's most recent financials, ECNC should be in bankruptcy.

Please explain why anyone in their right mind would buy a stock with a 2 billion dollar market cap with financials this bad?

I await your response...
