Binx and Prophet,

SanDisk had clearly climbed very steeply in price in a very short period. We were due for some sort of pullback, although today's seems a bit strong.

Prophet has cited one possibility. Another might be overflow from the Sony announcement that Binx posted. People who don't know the difference may be inclined to assume that if Sony memory cards are a problem, then all memory cards must have problems. Just a thought.

Jim

Heard an interesting rumor on "Sqwack Box" - Veritas may be thinking of buying up SEA. Perhaps SEA is selling shares to build up a war chest to prevent this or to up the buyout price. IMHO
