edamo thanks appreciate your input here. You are a man of your word. Back when Dell was at 40 you said you would reconsider it a buy after it broke 52-55 and here you are to reaffirm that.

Do you see any pullback before 60 and if so how much of one? and for that matter how far off do feel 60 is?

Thank you,

TTOSBT

ed -
while you are buying, I was selling. I had said when I sold the previous lot that if DELL closed over 50, I would unload to get down to my target of DELL at 10% of my portfolio... So I did that additional sale today, getting 53 3/4.

I still have a substantial position in DELL but am more comfortable with the level I have now... I realize that I may be leaving money on the table, DELL could run to 80, etc. But I think it is equally likely that this will be like the last 2 runs to the mid-50s, and we could go back to the mid-40s, since I see nothing in the business climate or DELL's plans to change what I thought when I originally decided to reduce my position.

I will continue to work my remaining position via selling calls, and let my current DELL position become another component of my core holdings.
