I think MM want most people to think that way and force them to sell their March Options today. I don't have March options though, still I won't create a spread at this time on my s/t options. We'll see next week.

Cookie, I think the options expiry theory works to certain extent. I'd have sold if there was a big run up before earnings, but the CMGI story was so strong that I got too greedy. In December I held half of my holdings through earnings and won big time. It was indeed a big gamble. I guess the biggest mistake I made was to ignore the delay of ALTA. It should have been an obvious red flag. I hope the ALTA IPO won't be delayed again.

Does anyone know a good reference source for options imbalances and up to date info on calls to puts ratios? It looks like CMGI is caught in an options play here. Too many longs...
