Stratos letter to customers re: Iridium situation stratos.ca indicates in part "Stratos has a contingency program in the event that the Iridium service is no longer available. This program will allow you to use alternate satellite services and enable you to stay in touch from remote parts of the world. Complete details of this program will be disseminated in a separate communication. " Stratos is a Canadian distributor for Inmarsat and Iridium. In the 9/99 investor's brief for G, Stratos was listed as a foreseen Canadian distributor, but it's not on the list at G Canada's web site.
