Here's something to explore that might help recoup losses.

Check out LORAL.

From:

globalstarusa.com

"Some of the future services provided by Globalstar include data transmission (up to 9.6 kbps throughput),fax, and email services."

This the cheapest wireless internet play around. LOR owns around 47% of Globalstar. We're talking internet access WORLDWIDE. LOR's other businesses are cash cows.

Such a play and so cheap!

Not only that, you can get LOR 6% convertible preferred stock for around $36 a share, each convertible into 2.5 shares of common and get $3.00 a preferred share dividend a year while you wait for this ship to come in. That's a yield of over 8%. Symbol on Schwab is LORBF.

Not a guaranteed winner, life is a risk after all (as those of us who have suffered through Zenith all know), but wow sometimes prudent risks are worthwhile. :=)

By the way, check out my website at:

users.erols.com

Interesting info. If you sign up for X:drive, ad at bottom of my site, I get a commission and you get free a minimum 25 megs. of storage space on the internet that you can use to share files with, i.e., pictures, sound files, data, etc.
