OT: One last thing concerning Fonr for those who might be interested. Got this off their SI board by a guy named Malcolm who's been bullishly following this co. for awhile.

Source who was at Fonar & Institutional Investor Meeting:
My source's friend, who IS a Money Manager and WAS THERE yesterday, said the
presentation was VERY well presented.
Said he was impressed by the technical slide show. Said, as we already knew, Gene
Gargiulo & Co, who did the analysts
report, was once with First Boston which is considered a very very good firm and well
respected. This source was very
impressed by that.
Allow me to inject this before continuing: (The information in the Report contained much of
what Long time Fonar Investors
ALREADY knew, as expected. So, it is NOT the Report its self that I consider Important
but rather WHO is putting his
reputation on the line by presenting Fonar Corp to those many Institutions who, over time,
have come to place a high regard
for the opinions of Gene Gargiulo & Co
Those Institutions who remember the many other stocks which Gene Gene Gargiulo & Co
presented to them, such as (ZOLL).
As I understood it (and this I've known for a year now) Gene Gargiulo & Co was the
analysts for ZOLL when it's stock was
priced around the $5.00 to $6.00 a little over a year ago. Well, ZOLL is trading @ $56.00
now, with $58.00 being the 52
week high.... I point this out because as I understand, Gene Gargiulo & Co specializes in
Medical Equipment Companies.

I also understand that Gene Gargiulo & Co has an excellent track record and has high
expectations for the potential he sees in
FONAR.
So, in my opinion, those Institutions will be Judging Fonar in large part by THE ONE
DOING the Presentation and their
assessment of FONAR will likely be based on HIS Opinions.....I know if he had presented
ZOLL to me while the stock was
priced at $6.00 and 18 months later I had a $60 stock, I WOULD LISTEN to him VERY
CLOSELY about FONAR at
$3.25 Now back to the Institution Report from a Money Manager who was THERE.
He said Gene Gargiulo's credentials seemed well respected by those Frims in attendance.
He said there was several firms
there, mostly small firms that he didn't know and he didn't have time to see who all was
there but that there was many firms
repersented....(I just had another source who had a friend there and he said <" 24 were in
attendance, and Morgan Stanley
was there.">

He Spoke with a few as they were leaving together and the over all impression that he got
was they very much liked what they
heard and saw. One commented that Fonar had sold some machines in the 80's and blew it
but it sure looks like Fonar HAS
the Technology this time around to do very well, so we'll see if they can actually start to
SELL...
This source commented to my Friend that "Typically what happens after these meetings,
Firms do not come right out of
meetings of the nature BUYING Stock. They go back and look everything over for a few
days. So, the impression I got was
after they have a chance to digest everything and look at it from their perspective, perhaps
some will state to accumulate a
position.
My source has a high regard for This Money Manager who was there and is with a
prestigious Firm was impressed with this
presentation.

Along with my persnal opinions, These comments were from another sources and must be
viewed as second hand information and not to be used in making any decisions to buy or
sell any stock....
