Dipy: I did not hear Battipaglia mention anything about any FED action to raise margin rates.

It will be interesting to see if Dr. Greenspan acts to raise margin requirements and if so, by how much. IMHO, anything less than a 25% increase will have little effect on current speculation in the NASDAQ market.

BTW, have you checked out the Unofficial Greenspan Website "GetExuberant.com" at the below link ? They even have a message board and some posters have e-mail address at the FED.
