SBTK sued me for 90 million dollars - claiming I was spreading false misleading und untrue information on the internet to drive down the price of their stock. They even got Banc Boston Robbie Stevens to issue a report claiming my accusations that SBTK committed accounting fraud were incorrect. Problem is... 1. They never served me with the lawsuit... 2. Robbie Stevens Banc Boston's TOP industry analyst refuted my accusations said he had checked out my specific allegations and found them to be false. He put a $34 price target and a strong buy on the company - the stock price moved back to 26. 3. Less than 60 days after events 1 & 2 above the following occurred... 1. THE CEO WAS FORCED OUT BY THE BOD. 2. THE BOD ADMITTED THEY HAD A LIQUIDITY CRISIS ON THEIR HANDS, THAT THEY WOULD DEFAULT ON THEIR DEBT, THEY COULD NOT FILE THEIR NOW DELINQUENT 10Q DUE TO PRIOR MONTHS OF QUESTIONABLE ACCOUNTING. 3. THE ACCOUNTING WAS PROVEN FRAUDULENT AS I HAD SAID, THE COMPANY AUDITOR QUIT, THE STOCK WAS DELISTED, THE COMPANY WENT TO BANKRUPTCY AND NOW TRADES AT 26 CENTS DOWN FROM $26 DOLLARS. To reiterate. I beat Robbie Stevens Bank Boston, SBTK's Lawyers, SBTK's CEO and all of my very specific allegations of fraud were proven true. Apparently you do not know whom you are dealing with eh?
