Thanks, Mike, my wife doesn't know it yet, but probably the middle of next year! <vbg> Let's keep that quiet for now. :-)

Yes, but upon close inspection it will probably be revealed that most people are sticking to Gorilla Game fundamentals, the most important one being that it is a long-term strategy.

Although your probably right on this, Mike, just as important as the underlying fundamentals are the *perceived* qualities of what this remarkable Thread is all about. And as I've read the last 3000 posts in getting current on this Thread, IMHO, the tide has shifted. To me, it is equally important for this group to re-enforce the qualities of "long-term strategy" as it is uncovering the "next Q".

Again, simply one man's opinion, but I felt this opinion should be aired.

Respectfully,
Teflon

Sir Apollo will be repeating the Thread Portfolio Survey in April-May, which may provide some insight into how the thread has shifted its weighting of gorilla candidates, silverbacks, royalty plays, godzillas, and the rest of the soup.

While watching Lindy dance the other night

Oh, you watched all right! I stood there, ready to give a dance lesson, and watched Edy forcibly try to get you on the floor. You would not budge! :0)

At least you enjoyed the band. I lined up the guys and said to the ladies watching, "All right, who wants to dance with a Millionaire?" I got quite a good response!

That late surge in Q's price today made me sweat and got my detractors "licking their chops" to give me the needle if it blasts off Monday.

It looks like the move was a false interpretation of the Nokia conference. I think it will go back to its trading range in the 120's Monday. If I am wrong, I will eat Crow without a qualm.

I kept a broker busy this morning. I probably bought more companies this morning that you have bought in your life, Mike. I am "riding the tiger", within a very narrow range of big movers.
