TD Web Broker is as bad as the rest these days. Done a lot, slow a lot, and buy orders can sit for 1/2 hour "under review" before actually being put in......totally unacceptable and useless. Sell orders are processed quicker. Their regular phone lines are bad too, 1/2 hour on hold I am told is not uncommon....again, totally unacceptable. BUT if you trade enough with them, they have something called the President's Club...invitation only..but you can push them for it....commission rebates, of 5-15% and a special phone line, just for members...longest I've spent on hold, was today...3 minutes...guaranteed though, that a licensed trader answers, and orders are put through, buy or sell...on the spot. Now for confirmations of fills, that is out of TD's hands..we're at the mercy of whomever on them. And at the mercy of the MM's as to whether we get filled, at all.
