Mike, Limtex, Paul, Thread Members, SEG's reasoning for selling shares may be due to requests from shareholders to liquidate stock so that the market begins to take notice of their substantial equity holdings. These holdings have been discounted to date by the market. It may also be a signal of their intent to acquire a competitor. Given the recent SNDK run-up you can hardly blame them.

I hardly see SEG's move as an indicator of a breakdown in SNDK fundamentals.

This stock is $50+ over my 2000 year-end estimates.
We have no reason to complain.
