private? i wonder why not in public??? you know...about 20 some odd years ago i was in jail and guess what? i'm not the same person as then. tony at least publicly said he did a wrong and is letting the court decide his future. so what's he hiding? he's in the open about it. that's pretty stand-up in this day and age in my book. too many people would've been fighting it, at the taxpayers expense, knowing they're in the wrong but not wanting to be responsible for their own actions.
