I recieved a PM that said
Are you on a cable modem, netwmork hud, or have a secondary Operatin system? More likely your kernell32 file is corrupt. when was the last time you ran scanreg.exe if not sure, type scanre in the RUN window of the 'start'
I did this and it solved the problem

I have to go tell Vendit that the cow is out of the barn again
