MOAT, be patient and you will be rewarded. Prime example, PENY. I bought it @ .05 and watched it tank right after I bought it. I then called the company to see what was shaking. They said nothing as of right now. I said to myself, be patient and watch it trade for a while.

I was patient and it has paid big dividends. I believe the same could happen with MOAT.
