Hi Buckeye

The worrisome part of this, aside from having two of high flyers in my kennel halted is this, - what does CDNX do when 400+ stocks move over from the TSE. Think about it. Right now during the day the cdnx site is hopeless.

Now consider MMI. They have complied with everything the cdnx wanted. CDNX has a committee to approve the Change of Business. Great so far - but the committee only meets once a week, Thursday, as I understand it. Is EQS to suffer the same fate?

Seems to me that the tail is wagging the dog. Obviously CDNX is run by beaurocrats. That's OK, but the question arises, for whose benefit, the beaurocrats or the listed companies.

If CDNX doesn't straighten this out soon, we may have to trade NASDAQ, and I don't want to do that. I want to stay as far away from that exchange as I can.
