I was aware of Anthony's old legal issues. I was not aware of his being under investigation for running short SCAMS. where did you get this information? As you said you only deal in facts, what are the facts? It seems when people fail in an argument of ideas, they resort to biting the ankles of the opposition rather than discussing or refuting the position presented by the other side. Is the idea to discuss the merits of ECNC, or must you, unable to participate at this level, lower yourself to drawing the absurd conclusion that "because someone made a mistake x years ago, the price of a security they must be about to skyrocket".
