Pardon my intrusion, I'm basically a fundamental investor but a friend commented that the chart of this stock looked familiar and I was wondering what you thought:

Bruce,

MITK:

Them's some awfully steep lines. I gotta go with 17 1/2.
The 15 1/4 you have uses Monday's value. The price moved so well on Friday that it stopped at the line. Since that is a target line there's the possibility that that's it. It'll depend on the next open. If it's going to 17 1/2 I'd expect it to open over 15 1/4.
There's an uptrending IHS neckline on the 3 dRSI at 97.7ish on Mon. That gives the price room to go. The RSI could paste again as the price climbs for 3 days to the next line after gapping up Monday. Or the price could just smack into 17 1/2 on Monday instead in which case a rapid selloff should be expected. I think a nice sell limit at 17 1/4 or so would work here.

nice entry,
Doug R
PS...if you exited already upon seeing it reach the Monday 15 1/4 line...nice exit too.
