She was impressed beyond words with our group in San Diego.

Beyond words? ROTFLMAO!!!!!! Not Edy! One of the highest compliments I could pay her is to recognize that she of all people would never be beyond words.

Lindy, be sure to pass on to her my hope that the dissertation is completed swiftly if for no better reason than to allow her to soon join us here. Remind Edy that the welcome she extended to our group on the dance floor, despite one carpetologist's refusal to participate, will be extended equally to her here in the folder.

>> She (Edy) was impressed beyond words with our group in San Diego. She had never known that such a group of "really nice people" could find each other as we have. She found the level of conversation to be above most Harvard gatherings she goes to.

Bill, it's hard to imagine, but Edy is living proof that you are even better at picking dance partners than you are at picking stocks. She was a welcome participant in our reunion, both on the dance floor and in stock related conversations, and the help she gave Nancy in running the lunch was very appreciated. I'm in total agreement with Merlin in hoping she decides to join our discussion group. Please send her my thanks and regards.
