Hi Michael,

Yes, all the talk is certainly on the YAHOO! board.

I recently spent some time with Mike Keegan and came away with general positive vibes.

I believe the company has come to the realization that they are ill-served by revenue goals that they fail to meet. That could translate to a very conservative statement of expectations from Moersdorf at this meeting.
