Dear CC

Thanks for the great post.A few months ago we shared an email where I discussed how I believed a press release from Baan seemed to state that they expected new developments that would help them offer more to their clients.

We agreed that maybe NSI would be providing this new ability.

Well it would appear that your great post has elaborated on this posibility.

Thanks again for your great post and I too am very excited about the future of NSI.

Mike

Hi CC;
A very well researched and written piece of information. It will be nice to have Net Shepherd lead the industry in the next generation of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) software.As you indicate, there is a huge and untapped market for this application, and Net Shepherd is aiming to secure prime mover status in this lucrative business.

This would appear to be a very strategic move on Net Shepherd's part.

On another note, it will be interesting to see if NSI has any revenue-generating contracts ready to announce at the upcoming Special Shareholder's meeting.

Keep up the good work CC...and many thanks for you ongoing research and insights.

Len

Hi CC;
Just recieved the mid-March issue of Canadian Trend Perspectives with a short article on Net Shepherd included.
Here is the brief excerpt:

This company focuses on developing specialized business groups connected through the Internet.....in the process of making significant agreements and funding with the Vandenburg group of companies....a transitional situation to broader operations supported by a large international company...Watch more closely

Nothing really new here...unless the significant agreements being referred to mean something other than the proposed merger agreement.

Having said that however,the editor has a well-proven track record to be able to recommend high-potential winners very early in their growth and development i.e. Edispatch, BCEmergis, Unique Broadband, MC2,etc.
Also, the editor has stated that he will only recommend a company after having conducted extensive DD which includes discussions and consultations with key company personnell.

Regards,

Len
