I've had it with TD, been with them since they were Marathon Brown...tried Etard recently, isn't any better. I absolute love my US based brokerages, too bad they don't trade Canadian stuff... Let us know how you feel about Sun after a few trades??!!!! Thanks! In the meantime, I'll probably throw Schawb a bone and see if they jump...

Class-action law suite against Action Direct Anyone for a class action suite against Royal Bank? The last three trades I've done have taken 1 hour to reach a trader. One trade took *5 days* to confirm. I've tried complaining but it's no good, "we don't except responsibility". Well screw them. They still offer $100 free trades to new customers *at the expense of us already signed on*. If they are recruiting new customers resulting in record profits and can't deal with the old ones they need taking to court. Even if the money goes to charity I don't. As long as RB pays. If you are interested let me know.
