Fred,

In response to your comments that "He's out to try and destroy the company" and your earlier comments that me and my buddies caused PLSIA to be in the trouble it is today, I have to ask you are you serious. A shorter can not destroy a company. Can you explain how Anthony or Steve or anyone can destroy a company? I can see how you could say that they could temporarily depress the stock price with false accusations but false accusations can be easily disproved. Unless of course, the whole point of the company is to drive the share price up to insane valuations so that shares can be dumped on the eventual bag holders or to use a phrase I have heard often on this board "steal from grandmas" who are left holding the bag. If that is the purpose of a company, then I suppose such a company could be "wrecked". As I said earlier, false allegations can be easily disproved. But in this case the company has apparently taken the standard sleazy approach of "If you can't answer the questions, Attack the person asking them." Legitimate companies do not respond this way to shorters. They just execute and prove them wrong. Manual Asensio issued a Sell Short recommendation on Network Solutions a year or two ago and he was dead wrong. Can you name me one company that has done the things that we have seen such as sending internet posters free stock and posting on Internet boards to attack the Character and ignore the content of posters who are critical. I will bet I can find you several that behaved similarly and have failed. To believe that handful of internet posters can keep a real company from failing or succeeding is extremely naive.

Erik

whatever..I was just being funny. No offense intended. Got a thing for people with too many children. And gold nugget jewlery. And bad comb-overs. It's fun playing to the cliche'. Hell, I'm a cliche of a short jewish white guy :>)

This whole fiasco this week sickens me. If everything everyone says is true, then we have theives buying and selling stock from other theives. The slander, liable and vile comments have turned what used to be a cool informative place into a cock fight pissing match. Puke.

I'll leave my measly 1400 shares alone for a long long time (since I only paid .11 each for them). In a few short weeks, either AP will be in jail, or Tom and Manny will. Or ECNC will revolutionize online transactions. Or my stock will be under $1.00 again.

Either way, I'm only out $154 out of my pocket (and I've already sold 200 shares between $18 and $20). And I've got a number of other much more lucrative positions to pay attention to.

I'll lurk and watch for SEC reports, court documents, CNN reports and alien invasions.
