Any comments on this?

Here is what NCW has done:
1) Converted management's debt to shares on March 2 valuing the shares at $0.07/share
2) Issued 675,000 options on March 9 at $0.10; and
3) Issued a press release on 13 March about a change of business. (and converted more debt to shares at under $0.06/share.

Over the same period, the price has gone from $0.10 to $0.32 (high of $0.38 today).

By my calculation, management has made about $1.5 million so far in less than two weeks.
