Daw Technologies Announces $10 Million European Joint Venture

SALT LAKE CITY, March 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Daw Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: DAWK) today announced the award of a multimillion-dollar cleanroom contract with a customer in France.

Daw Technologies, Inc., and Omega Concept, one of the leading H.V.A.C. contractors in Europe, have established a joint venture and will design and construct approximately 30,000 square feet of new class 1 and class 1000 manufacturing space as an expansion to an existing facility. The value of the joint venture contract has not been finalized but is expected to be in excess of $10 million. The design of the project will commence immediately with the project scheduled for completion during Q3 of this year.

Daw Technologies will design, engineer and install the cleanroom system consisting of Air Handling Units, Fan Filter units, Ceiling systems, Partitions and raised access flooring. Omega Concept will provide the mechanical, electrical and process systems thus providing the customer with a turnkey solution.
