E, given your criteria for conspiratorial alignment, just about anyone could be painted as a "shrill" for some ugly organization on another. The difference between a person writing for the Washington Times (owned by the moonies) and a person speaking in front of the Women's Federation for World Peace is minimal. Both get paid for their services performed and both in some indirect way benefit the moonies.

I think Joan would be surprised to learn she was considered a paid shrill because she's written articles for the Washington Times. As I am sure George Bush Sr. would be surprised to learn he was caste in the same light.

An economics conference was recently held in communist china. Do you consider all the speakers at that conference to be shrills of the communist leaders of China? If so, Ted Turner might be surprised.

Or maybe not.
