Silly, he is not clueless. Among his clues are:

1. Dirk Myers has left AMD and is now on the inteL team.

2. AMD needs the X-box since they need to produce low esteem processors with no room in the pricing for any profits.

3. The AMD entire research team, which has caught up to and surpassed inteL in a very short time, is now sitting around on vacation in the Bahamas sipping drinks and developing nothing new to challenge inteL so that their next set of challenges will be "REAL."

Should I go on?

What an idiot. Maybe he was misquoted. I'll bet a paycheck Intel's price to Microsoft is a lot closer to $30 than it is to $300. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if the price to Microsoft is $30.
