yaacov. There are lots of upgrades on AOL. 88 to 110.

Liz Sonders was on Wall Street Week yesterday and her fav. picks this time around included AOL and DELL. I like her stock picking. She has done very well with her fav. picks for 2000 since the beginning of the year. One of her picks in Jan. was BRCD. Too bad I didn't jump into that one back then but you just can't buy everything.

Dell received a new target price of 78 yesterday. Can't remember the brokerage but many brokerages have jumped on Dell's bandwagon including Dan Niles, I believe. Glad I didn't jump out of Dell like I did with LU. Now I have a problem getting back into LU and it will do well.
CPQ is on my horizon again.

AOL jumped 6 1/2 on Thursday. Probably some profit taking going on and then AOL said that a deal with T is being talked about but T said after the market closed on Thursday that they are sticking with their agreement with Exite/Athm. But a spokeswoman from T also said that they were in talks with lots of cos. Maybe after the merger and later this year we will look back to these times and wonder why we ever wondered what was going on with AOL.

Intel is doing great and has a chip deal with Msft. Things are looking up for those 2 cos. I bought Msft at 93+ last week and hope I can hold it for the long term this time around. Can't say yet what long term will be. gg. Break up, settlement or whatever, Msft should be on its way again soon. Let's see what comes out of their games strategy.

Interesting article. Should also be good for AOL. What's good for the net should be good for AOL. Just trying out one of those slogans they are talking about. gg.
