Morning Steve,

re: I think the current guidance is 25 million total for the year of boths CPUs

If things go well the 25 million maybe a sandbag number also.

re:Intel's message board posters say Dresden is empty though, so Intel must really suck getting beat by AMD with one FAB running and one FAB tied behind it's back

Rest assured that Jerry has the Dresden closets full of super high speed Copper Athlons waiting for imminent release.

re:I wonder if eMachines is going to get cutoff now that Gates is taking over the responsibility of emptying the dumpster?

Intel may do slightly better than we thought now that they don't have to pay the dumpster bill.

Kindest regards,
CrazyMan

Steve,

I wonder if eMachines is going to get cutoff now that Gates is taking over the responsibility of emptying the dumpster?

With five fabs cranking out PIII's full steam, Intel will have plenty of slow parts for e-machines, x-box, and 0-profit.
