Wayne, I have taken issue with Warren over the decades because of three of his concepts: 1. Buy and Hold. 2. No tech. 3. No options and futures, which is actually a sub-category of Number one. Other than that, I think he is brilliant and did a good job on "All My Children." <g>

Thanks for the BH Annual report pointer. I am trying to evaluate the intrinsic value of the a and b shares and is he saying the b shares are now discounted 15% and the a shares 12%?
