Probably several things to consider there, especially what actually qualifies as R&D expense after your products begin selling. Anyone know "the rules" on this and are things reported on a different basis in Canada? For instance software development is bound to be mainly composed of internal labor and "no charge" beta installations, how much of this would be classified more as an R&D expense then but cost of products sold later?

Looking through their website it does appear that they've got a pretty full product suite offering assembled. Since they no longer classify themselves as being in the R&D stage I'd think sales would take precedence for a while and since they now have the core programs developed future upgrades and enhancements may not constitute anywhere near the same initial development expenses.
