Well a good start for DD would be the annual report that was posted today on berkshirehathaway.com. It contains a wealth of information relating the company and its prospects, as well as some entertaining discussion from Buffet on the company, and its valuation. If you got a lot of stock, the report contains instructions on how you can sell it to Berkshire directly (probably at a better price than dumping it on the market).

Why would you dump a stock trading near book value that is making money? Earnings are down mainly because of losses at General Re which aren't expected to be repeated. The whole insurance industry has been in the dumps. Now would be the time to buy not sell. Of course there migth be plenty of things with better potential returns....
