X and BS not the typical Gemmer stocks but both are showing signs of life. Note that since 1993 "X" has had 13 -14 full cycles each lasting about 9 months. We are currently at one of the cycle lows and it could be time for a rise. (For low priced issues in the same field check OS - Has earnings and selling for 1/4 book -but as of yet shows no technical movement (that should change if X and BS move).
