I very seriously doubt Intel will lose money on the deal. But not saying it'll be high margin either.

Bottom line is I think it would make sense for Intel to compete for this business rather than let a competitor have it. Part of being the volume leader. Also, there's the SIMD thing. There's no downside to this for Intel, IMO.
