orygun. I liked your analysis. I too have revised my target for USTI. Right now the $1 and $2 forecasts of so many at Raging Bull don't seem like pipe-dreams anymore. I have 2 questions for you. 1) What is your target price for end of March earnings? 2) What do you plan to do Monday? Sell some into the (probable) gap up before the (possible) pullback or simply hang in for the run up to earnings. Finally, I had a laugh at the following rumour somebody found at Yahoo on a board for another stock. Well, even if there's no substance, stocks have gone up in the past on weirder rumours. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rumor for the recent run-up in USTI is that George Bush Jr. was about to win the Republican nomination. Which in fact occurred this week coincedentaly at the same time USTI started to run up. USTI provides all the software for the Texas governments agencies, and sets up their systems for various departments. If George Bush Jr wins the Presidential race, rumor is USTI is going to Washington and do there what it does in Taxas. That would bring national attention I would think , maybe they will get more states work, along with all the federal stuff they would be getting. Orygun! Thanks for the response. I have somewhere in the depths of a shallow mind a sign of some kind (bumper sticker?) that refers to the U of Orygun ... oh well, Glad your able to enjoy the vast resources of OREGON!! Re: USTI ... *This one was long overdue. They are a profitable penny, have been around for a long time and have no sex appeal.* It seems to me that a Penny stock that makes money has some similar connotations of the phrase "Oxymoron" .... "profitable/penny". And/or it is possible the mystique and intrigue may be diminished by the actuality of a small P/E! ... who knows, certainly not I. Profitable investing to all! Mel
