Steve, the dynamics associated with technology requires that one stay on his qui vive lest new technology make the companies he invests in obsolete. My exit strategy after meeting my long term capital gains tax rate is based upon my outlook for the company and its' ability to perform within my expectations. I am very optimistic about 3Com after the consummation of the Palm spin-off and expect this reprieve period afforded 3Com to allow the company to redress issues regarding falling sales in their legacy products. I feel they will do very well in the Emerging markets and I do not expect it will be very long before top line growth begins to show itself on the companies financial statements.
