David, plus remember the underwriters are sitting on 3.45 million PALM shares that they got at the IPO price Where have you found evidence that the underwriters have exercised their option to purchase "an additional 3.45 million shares to cover over-allotments"? palm.com I have been unable to find a press release or an SEC filing that states the option was exercised. Assuming they did exercise their option, on what evidence do you state that the underwriters are sitting on these shares? If either of these "facts" are your opinion, then an IMO or IMHO would be nice IMHO. Thanks. Ron
