Yes ! I'm loving this stock. But I think institutions might shy away given relatively small float, and small average trading volume...I hope they announce good earnings, great backlog, and an upcoming split to add liquidity. Just a matter of time before B2G takes off.

I got the EGOV IPO and immmediately put it in "the sock drawer" and seldom look at it. I see it as the ultimate no-brainer.

Rest assured the recent strength has been noted. :)
