If an issue went from a 1/2 or 3/4 spread to a $.05 spread - or even a $.10 spread, it might be worth the risk for them to get more involved.

My guess is that if spreads are 1/2 to 3/4 on stocks where the spread could be as little as 1/16, then they will be $.50 to $.75 on stocks where the spread could be as little as $.05. I guess we'll find out when decimalization is instituted.
