I think that the board authorizing 500 M shares is potentially more interesting. It implies additional splits or merger possibilities. RMBS is now $10 B market cap company that surely will join NDX 100 and S&P at some relatively soon timeframe. XLNX, AOL and many other low institutional ownership stocks skyrocket when they look like they are going to be added to an index.
