Kip, have you considered selling covered calls against your long stock? With the very high volatility, even reasonably out-of-the-money options still command a high premium.

Kip,
I have sold covered calls (Mar 125's) against half of my position. I am comfortable selling half at this point if it gets called away, as I think there may be limited upside at this point, and I think that there may be other opportunities that may provide a higher return. I agree that there is some speculative bubble going on, but the PE of AAPL is actually reasonable and I don't see it crashing and burning as much as some other stocks. However, I think lightening up in this market may be a decent strategy.
