If you find anything out, please post. I would be very concerned if they didn't have any employed engineers. I don't see how they can have employees in engineering without higher R&D expense than $18K. S/W development is a continuing process, you never stop. You're always fixing bugs, making changes that customers request and working on enhancements and feature upgrades for future versions. This may all be nothing more than creative accounting. I sure would be interested in understanding what's up.
