Thanks Rick-- Actually tried that number first and received a recording telling me to call back during business hours,, now I know where to find it though. If I were not setting up an account for a friend I never would have noticed,,, Thanks for your input..

Just went to the MyTrack site. Clicked on "MyTrack status" at the bottom of the page. It says everything is OK ...

LAST CHECK 7:14 a.m. on 3/8/00. Hmmmmm??

Is this really up-to-date?
