Hi Ken,
Yes, I was big into UNFY last fall....I saw my last post there was in August. You are right, I did pretty well, and moved it all into SLNK. I do a lot of lurking, and don't post too often -- but I do throw out my ideas onto the boards where it seems appropriate.

H&Q, Janco, and CIBC cover the stock. I know Janco and CIBC have buys, and I don't think H&Q has a rating out. So, other than those guys, I am not aware of any other 'major' coverage.

The restatement from $.07 to $.03 by a broker --- I saw that too. Not sure who it is, but I know that the Ames deal that just closed through the reseller Telxon is worth about $.03 itself. Q1 has historically been SLNK's softest quarter, but I guarantee that they will beat the original $.07.

I don't like the 144's either, but since 1/1/00 as you mentioned, it is not really a ton of shares, especially in comparison to the overall holding of the seller Bruce Holland. In November, a few of the original VC's moved out in the $11-13 range, and SLNK proceeded to hit the high $20's a couple weeks ago.

Also, I highlighted Nokia as a Q4 sale because it is an incredible endorsement that a wireless giant like Nokia would use the SpectraLink systems on their campus. With many big names using the system, including IBM in a few of their locations, the SLNK product would have to be viable and reliable.

The stock has come down on very anemic volume over the last few days, so I think it is even a better buy than it was two weeks ago.

Earnings are due around April 14th.

Thanks for taking a look at SLNK for me, your comments and concern were both genuine and valid, and I hope I addressed them appropriately.

Tony
